My true passion has always been helping people feel confident, and at ease in their own skin. After owning and operating an award winning Spa in Milton for 14 years, I felt it was time for a change.

In a full-service spa, it was hard to give skincare the focus it deserved; so 8 years ago, I created a space where I could. At Breathe Medical Spa, I’m able to combine science, technology, experience, and artistry to deliver results that truly transform my clients’ skin health with my customized approach.

As a woman in my fifties, I understand that aging gracefully isn’t always easy. My goal is to share what I’ve learned, support you through every stage, and offer treatments that genuinely work.

MD Injection Specialist

Dr. Hollowell graduated from medical school in Florida in 2003 and completed her residency in 2006. She has maintained her own private practice in Cambridge Ontario since 2008. Her interest in making women feel more confident about themselves lead her to pursue cosmetic injecting which she has done since 2010.

She is a certified cosmetic injector having completed her training through APT Medical in Oakville. She is a talented certified injector who undertakes the newest and best practices offered by Allergan, Ravanesse and Xeomin which promote naturally beautiful results.

Dr. Hollowell believes working in partnerships with her patients to achieve their desired outcome.

Hello, I’m Lara! I worked with Rebecca for several years in her previous clinic, in Milton, and am excited to join her and the Breathe team.

I attained my advanced aesthetics and cosmetology diploma in 2002, and I have been in clinic working with client’s hands on ever since.  In 2020 I went back to school to attain my laser technician certification, with honours, advancing my career further in medical aesthetics. 

I love to challenge myself in my career.  In 2014, I added educator/trainer to my resume; working with a vegan skincare line training professionals on product knowledge and the importance of clean ethically sourced ingredients.  I believe in the science behind a great product in combination with a professional led treatment plan.   

I have been working at Amore, a high-end medical spa in Oakville for the last number of years.  While I loved it, I also missed the feeling of a smaller, more intimate clinic, with a sense of community, and where establishing relationships is paramount.   Building trust with clients is my number one priority.  I start every new relationship with honesty and transparency because I truly want to make you and your skin look and feel fabulous.  After all, it’s the only skin you’ve got and I’m here to help you love it!!

I attended Canadian Aesthetics Academy and graduated in 2005 from Advanced Medical Aesthetics. To be honest, this was a second career choice. Prior to Aesthetics, my job of choice was Dental Hygiene but I was not following my heart. I decided to go where my passion led me and never looked back. I love my job!

What I love the most about being a Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician is the customer service aspect. The ability to provide my clients with honest information on product knowledge and apply applicable services for their needs is my passion. When I see them look and feel confident in their own skin it makes me happy. Building that trusting relationship is what I strive for!

Personally, I don’t have a favourite treatment because our skin is constantly changing and I feel that providing a variety of options as a treatment plan is important. However, if I had to pick just one, I would say, BBL. I feel that sun spots and uneven skin tone ages us the most, and the BBL significantly reduces those problems quickly and efficiently.

At Breathe Medical Spa not only myself, but the staff are all professionally trained and friendly, which is extremely important for me. The environment is calm, relaxing and cleanliness is a priority. It’s definitely a beautiful and welcoming environment for not only myself, but for my clients as well.

Joanne graduated aesthetic school in 2004 and worked in the aesthetic field at my last clinic for 6 years. She has maintained working in the Podology field and management field in Aesthetics over the years .

Helping clients look and feel better through her personal foot care business as well as her passion for the beauty and skin care industry, she is able to relate to our customers and guide them in the right direction.

Joanne has worked with Rebecca different times over the past 20 years. She is the kind face that will welcome you to Breathe, and answer all any your questions. Whether it’s your first visit or you’re a familiar face, she will always make you feel relaxed and at home.

Lola has grown up immersed in the world of medical aesthetics, spending her life surrounded by the rhythm and culture of medical spas alongside her mom. With years of behind-the-scenes experience, she brings an innate understanding of client care and the welcoming atmosphere that defines Breathe Medical Spa.

Currently a second-year science student at the University of Guelph, Lola combines her academic curiosity with her natural passion for people.

When she’s not at the spa or studying, Lola can be found pursuing her other great passion: spending time at the barn, where her love of horses and dedication to discipline and care truly shine through.
